Beware of scammers! I just received a phone call from someone impersonating HMRC, claiming it was an “urgent” matter regarding my bank account and threatening me with arrest. Total nonsense!

I received a dodgy call supposedly from Amazon, but I can assure you it wasn't them! They asked me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel some payments—what a scam! This is clearly a phishing attempt or some sort of fraudulent activity. I’ve already reported it to Action Fraud, so keep your wits about you and don’t engage with these types of calls!

I've had this bloke ringing me continuously, insisting he’s after someone called Jane. The trouble is, there's no Jane here! I’ve repeatedly explained this to him during each call. When I finally asked him to stop dialing my number, he unleashed a torrent of abuse for absolutely no justification. It's really quite infuriating!
