Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent saying he was from "O2 Network Company" and asked for my phone number. I told him he should already have it and asked him to tell me my name instead. He just kept asking for my number again. I called him out, said he was trying to scam me for my info to rip me off, and told him to jog on. Then he just hung up. I blocked the number, reported it and deleted it right away.

Yet another one of those dodgy calls. Blocking the nuisance doesn’t seem to make any difference since they just ring from different numbers. What actually stopped most of them for me was letting out a loud whistle into the handset - seriously, it works like magic. I reckon they’ve definitely knocked me off their list now haha. Hi there, I've had this bloke with an Indian accent, might be called Roy or Rory, ringing me a few times daily for about a week now. He claims he's from O2 and reckons I should switch to them because my mobile provider, Vodaphone, keeps hiking their prices way too much every year.
