I use Call Guardian so they don’t manage to get through, but it’s still pretty frustrating to receive calls that just hang up. Reading through the comments here, it seems likely this is some kind of spam or scam company, not worth engaging with. If they were legitimate, surely they’d leave a voicemail or try to have a proper conversation instead of ghosting like this.

Got two patients callin from this number, telling them about home visit appointments. One of the patients got a bit anxious after the call, so they phoned their GP surgery to double check. The visitor actually turned up, but as per the surgery’s advice, the patient wouldn't let them inside. Another patient had the same kind of call and rang the surgery upset because the visit never happened, thinking the GP had set it up!
