Received a call from someone inquiring about our time with EE. They mentioned the possibility of slashing our bills, even offering what sounded like complimentary broadband for a few months. I requested they send the details in writing, whether by email or a letter, so I could properly evaluate the proposition. After a bit of back and forth, the call ended. Definitely felt like a scam to me!
