I just received a call from this number, and when I tried to return it, I was met with a recorded message saying the number couldn't be found. Quite baffling, really!

This number claimed they were ringing regarding an accident we supposedly had. As soon as we asked, "What accident?" they promptly hung up. A complete waste of time with these phishing morons!

I’m absolutely fed up with the constant calls from this number, 02033842431, that keeps ringing our mobile. It’s getting a bit tiresome, to be honest. We haven’t got a clue who’s behind it, and I’d rather not answer and waste my time trying to find out. Can someone please make it stop?

Just a heads up, we were told we should be getting a "refund." We asked for details, and the person on the other end mentioned something about a "credit card refund" with the bank. The trouble is, we don't actually possess a credit card, and we couldn't track down that number online. It’s all rather bewildering, so we decided to hang up.

Just wanted to mention that you’re entitled to a refund. When I inquired about it, she mentioned something along the lines of “the bank won't process it to a card.” I’ve got a credit card, yet I can’t seem to locate that number anywhere online. If anyone has any insights, it’d be appreciated. We ended the call after that.

I receive calls from this number almost daily, and they never bother to leave a message. I've now figured out who’s behind these calls, so it's no longer a source of concern for us. We simply let it go to voicemail each time. Cheers for the heads-up!

When you attempt to return this call, you’re greeted with a rather annoying American voice proclaiming, "the number you dialled isn't valid, please hang up and try again." Quite exasperating, to say the least! Best to avoid it altogether.

We received a call from the number 02033844295, apparently searching for our brother. As soon as we mentioned he wasn’t around, the caller became quite rude and abruptly ended the conversation. When we tried to return the call, we were left waiting for quite some time before someone finally answered, only to hang up again without saying a word. How incredibly rude!

It's utterly remarkable how often folks choose to respond to these numbers or actually call back. Seriously, if the number is unfamiliar, just don’t pick up! If there's something important they wish to discuss, they’ll leave a message, plain and simple. It's quite straightforward, really.

I’m thoroughly fed up with this number! They keep ringing me, yet there’s nobody on the line when I pick up. It’s absolutely infuriating!

We received a call from a number that matched ours, and the individuals on the line claimed my record indicated I had been involved in an accident. When we confirmed this, they went on to explain that they could handle our claim under a 'no win, no fee' arrangement. We ended up sharing all our personal details with them, and now we've found that our entire bank balance has vanished. Quite concerning, isn’t it?

Someone dialled our office line asking for a chap named 'Matthew'. They hung up rather abruptly as soon as we explained that Matthew doesn’t work with us. Quite the odd encounter!

I recently received a call from these folks who were prattling on about our loan insurance, claiming I could be eligible for a refund. They asked for the specifics of our loan, to which I responded that surely, they must have that information on hand already. The caller chuckled dismissively and, by the end of the chat, merely said, “thank you for your time.” Such a blatant attempt at scamming, if you ask me!

No, I received a call from them claiming to be part of a money-saving company. We hung up straight away. Then, they had the audacity to call again, but we’ve turned them down! I’ll be saving this number under ‘do not answer’.

Received a call from this number claiming to inquire about an accident we supposedly had. The moment we replied with, "What accident are you on about?" they promptly hung up. What a complete waste of time - just a bunch of dodgy phishers!

We received a call on our company line, and the caller asked for Matthew. However, the moment we informed them that nobody by that name is associated with us, they abruptly hung up. Quite peculiar, really!

This afternoon at half past nine, our mobile rang with this number while we were busy at work. Unable to pick it up, I tried returning the call from our landline, but all I got was silence-no response and no message left. It’s quite baffling why these folks choose to ring during office hours, isn't it?

Following on from my previous message, I just had a chat with the contact centre regarding these callers. The person I spoke to claimed they were part of a consumer compensation service and mentioned that our number must have been obtained through some online application we completed. As soon as we clarified that we'd never submitted anything regarding compensation, the tone shifted, and he admitted that he occasionally acquires numbers from other sources. So, bear this in mind; if these folks ring you, make sure not to divulge any personal details. He assured me he would add our number to a do-not-call list, but time will tell whether that actually works.

Actually, it's not an apology; it's the Consumer Compensation Authority that's involved.

Those 0203 numbers are typically obtained by businesses to keep their location a bit of a mystery. We received a call from one of those this afternoon and tried to return the call, but there was no response. Quite frustrating, especially since we still got charged for the attempt! How ridiculous is that?
