I pressed the lady on the line for the company name numerous times, after which she handed me over to a chap with a thick accent who spelt it out as ACASTA Claims Service. I've reported them to the Telephone Preference Service, but they've informed me that it's a fraudulent number, so I've escalated the matter to the Information Commissioner's Office.
