This is soooo annoying... They keep ringing just to hang up as soon as we answer, making us not want to pick up at all. It’s messing with our business calls and customers can’t get through. Does anyone know a way to block these calls for good? Or any tips on stopping them? Would be a massive help!

From start to finish, these lot are a proper nuisance. I’ve told them to stop ringing me ages ago but they couldn’t care less. Whenever they call asking for me, the colleague who picks up always asks who it is, but they won’t say and don’t give any details. Such an irritating business. Keep in mind, I never signed up for their calls or contacted them first - they just ring out of nowhere and are really cheeky about it.

Got a call claiming to be from Top to Toe. When they told me who they were, I declined politely and ended the call. Seconds later, they called back insisting the call got dropped. I told them it didn’t, I just hung up and wasn’t interested, then ended it again. Then they called a third time but stayed quiet on the line. I warned them if they kept calling I’d report them for harassment. Honestly, they really need to sort out their approach and get a grip.

So, this company deals with stock control and EPOS systems, mainly for small clothing and shoe shops. The people there were really nice, and after we realised we didn’t fit their criteria, they made sure to take us off their list for good.

Turns out the caller was from some firm named "Top to Toe" that does stock management stuff. Honestly, it’s embarrassing how sketchy they come across - ringing outta nowhere, firing questions at me but dodging mine like it’s a game. Proper unprofessional behaviour if you ask me!
