Received a dodgy call from 02033710946. Initially, it seemed legit, with a so-called representative claiming to work for the big six energy companies. However, her lack of knowledge about her own company raised suspicions. When I wasn’t swayed to switch suppliers, 'Mona' turned quite aggressive, hurling expletives and insults my way. Honestly, it’s hard to believe any reputable business would behave in such a manner. I doubt Mona will win over any customers with that attitude!
