Got a call from them around 7.26 this evening. Checked this site and read through the reviews, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked both their calls and messages now. Proper grateful there’s a site like this out there.

Utterly frustrated! It takes an age just to reach the phone, and when I finally do, there’s nothing but silence on the other end. It’s absolutely appalling! Best of luck to anyone who has to deal with this nonsense.

Some bloke said I’d won a prize, then asked for my bank details to send £50k. Honestly, I’ve got better things to do, was just bored so I faked not being able to find the info. The guy got all annoyed after that. Kept messing up what he was saying too. Eventually I told him I’d rather get paid through PayPal. Hate these sc@mmers. My mum's 90 and she gets calls like this too. Luckily she’s sharp as a tack, but loads of others aren’t. Absolute plonkers. Anyway, block the fools!

I get about five calls daily from numbers like these. Now, I simply block the number, look it up here, and delete as needed. Cheers for the help, Who called me!

Picked up the phone and got through to someone claiming it was for market research. I double checked if it was sales or research, and they insisted it was just research. They began by calling me by the wrong name, which i corrected, then went on to ask for my postcode, followed by my house number. When i wouldn't give my house number, they kept pressing, mentioning something about a prize draw. I ended up hanging up because genuine market research doesnt ask for stuff like that.

I had no idea who it could be but the moment I picked up, they kept saying my name over and over, tryin to talk to me. When I asked if that’s who they wanted, they just got quiet then ended the call.

They kept ringing me nonstop all day. When I finally answered and asked who it was, they said "Is this Roxy? Oh, sorry, wrong number." No more, I’m blocking them now.

Sounds like they're dodgy scammers trying to trick you into a loan, then stealing your info while acting like they’re sorting a payment. They also pull a scam involving 02 to grab your phone details. I reckon they’re running a fake call centre, and most of them seem to be Indian or Pakistani.

Got a call from some scammers pretending to be from hmrc. It was one of those scary recorded messages saying they were gonna take legal action against me. Naturally, I called back. Asked a few simple questions like who they were and what their name was, and that seemed to spook them cuz they ended the call pretty quick.
