I got a call on my phone and it was one of those pre-recorded messages, sounded like a woman with an American accent. She said the message was from Her Majesty’s Customs and Revenue and warned that if I didn’t get back to them, they’d start legal proceedings. I just hung up right away and blocked the number straight after.

I got a call where as soon as I said hello a few times, they just hung up. It really seemed like a call centre on the other end. Honestly, I block these numbers straight away, though it doesn’t really make much difference.
