02033659000 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 02033659000 👆 is reported as a persistent nuisance caller often linked to supposed utility deals or debt collection, though its legitimacy is heavily questioned. Individuals frequently receive brief calls with no message left, and attempts to return calls lead to silent lines or busy signals. Callers occasionally claim affiliation with banks, insurance, or charities, but appear unreliable and sometimes disconnect abruptly. Many users experience repeated calls daily, including when abroad, causing frustration and suspicion of potential scams or telephone number misuse. The source seems elusive, with suggestions of outsourced call centres targeting users indiscriminately. It is advised to exercise caution, avoid engaging, and not return calls from this number to prevent potential fraudulent consequences.

I've been inundated with the same calls repeatedly. These callers leave no message at all, and every time I try to dial them back, I get that frustrating "Network busy" notification straight away.

Today, this company rang us three times. They were searching for us specifically by name, claiming they knew our car insurance was nearing its renewal date. When we clarified that we didn’t even own a car, they abruptly hung up on us before we could elaborate on how they got our number or anything else. Quite baffling really!

Blimey! It seems I inadvertently rang this number whilst abroad, and now I've got a staggering bill of almost £300 for a four-hour chat. I'm utterly baffled by it all! The number doesn’t even appear on my call history, and I've no clue who these people are. It's all rather perplexing! 😕

This seems to mirror what others have mentioned. We received a missed call notification on our mobile but there was no voicemail left behind. Strangely enough, we've been getting multiple calls from various numbers that are quite similar in nature.

We're experiencing the exact same situation! Can anyone shed light on who this might be?

Received a call this evening at precisely 5:28 PM from someone claiming to be a debt collector on behalf of MBNA bank. To be honest, I do have an outstanding balance with them, so I was open to chatting. However, when she asked for no security questions and we probed a bit as to why, she abruptly hung up. It gave me the impression of a rather dodgy individual. If this happens again, I’ll definitely consider reporting it to the authorities.

I've been getting the same thing! The phone rings twice-each call lasts roughly eight seconds-before it finally cuts out. My hunch is that it's some sort of outsourced call centre juggling multiple clients. It's going to be a challenge to identify who's behind these calls unless we actually pick up. (My phone was just nine minutes out of reach at that moment! :-p) Cheers, D.

Hello there! We received a few calls today that echo what many have experienced. The phone barely rings for about five seconds, making it tricky for me to answer in time. Unfortunately, I can't return the calls. We're without a car at the moment, which means no car insurance, and we're not affiliated with Halifax in any way, so there's really no reason for them to be contacting us. Last night, we registered on an online platform where we had to provide our phone number (daportfolio.com), and ever since then, the calls have started coming in this afternoon. It’s hard to say if there’s any connection there.

Blimey, it’s Lloyds TSB again! Those rather posh chaps and chapesses are snooping around your line for some peculiar reason! You might want to brace yourself for something dodgy coming from them - possibly a court matter or something along those lines. Not great news, really. Just a heads up, I’ve had my fair share dealing with this lot of numpties!

I've always been cautious about handing out my mobile number, so I rarely receive any of those annoying marketing calls - that was until I decided to share it with St John's Ambulance. Now it's like a floodgate has opened; I’m bombarded with calls from them, sometimes three a day! I opted out, but it seems to have made no difference. And just a few days after that, I started getting calls from yet another number. It appears to be some charity as well, but they act more like phone nuisances who seem to peddle your details to scammers. It turns out I'm not alone; plenty of others have shared similar frustrations. Just brilliant, isn’t it?

I received a call from this number earlier; a bloke's voice left a message but then abruptly disconnected. We tried calling back, but the line either cuts out or only rings once before going silent. Quite peculiar, really!

We've experienced the exact same issue. It just drops calls on both our mobile and the home phone. I’ll make an effort to track down who’s behind this.

Received a call at our house from someone who knew our first names. When we mentioned we weren't available, they asked our partner to let us know that their boyfriend, Ash, had called.

We're currently enjoying a week down under, and I've been bombarded with calls from this number. It's rather infuriating as they seem to ring me twice daily without fail.

For the past fortnight, we’ve been receiving calls from this number, and all we get is a missed call notification on our mobile. It’s quite frustrating since we can’t even return the call. However, it’s somewhat comforting to discover that we’re not the only ones experiencing this. We’ve decided to just let these unfortunate folks continue their futile attempts to annoy us.

Today, we've received five calls from this number. Each time we pick up, the line goes dead. When we try to call it back, there's a pause of a few moments before we’re met with a completely silent line. It's certainly getting on our nerves!

I just had a call from someone trying to reach our partner, using his old surname, which is rather outdated by now-over a year, in fact. They enquired about leaving a message and mentioned that they were calling from a company called 'Click' (they didn't bother to spell it out for me). They said they would get back in touch at a later date. To be honest, neither of us have heard of this company before.

They keep ringing me non-stop, yet when I try to return the call, either no one picks up or the line is forever busy. It's really quite frustrating!
