Got a weird call today from someone who almost sounded like a robot, asking if I’d had my Covid booster because apparently lots of people are getting blood clots and trouble breathing. When I asked where they were calling from, they said London. Told them I wasn’t interested and hung up, then blocked the number.

I picked up, but there was just silence on the other end.

They purport to be the medical facility where I purchased my vitamins ages ago. The last time I acquired vitamin tablets was roughly five-and-a-half decades back, and it was well before the days of maintaining records for cash transactions. This leads me to believe that it's likely some kind of dodgy scheme or a sales tactic.

I could hear all sorts of noise in the background, quite reminiscent of a call centre, yet nobody bothered to respond. Absolutely dreadful behaviour!
