Some bloke phoned saying he was from BT’s security team. Told me my internet IP was out in the open and needed sorting quick. Wanted me to log in with him so he could fiddle with my network settings. I told him to prove he knew anything about my setup, but he didn’t know a thing. When I asked to speak to the contracts department, the line just went dead, no warning or anything. Quite suspicious if you ask me.
