I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve rung me, probably over ten times now, even though I've told them to stop. The calls come from all over, sometimes a Cheltenham number, other times it’s from South Africa. They always claim they can help me cut my energy bills with the upcoming price hikes. Oddly, they know my first name and even my postcode, but when I ask who I’m currently with for utilities, they can’t answer. They call themselves Utility Services Direct and just read off a script. I’m getting fed up and have started being quite blunt with them.
