9 yearsWATCH OUT! DON'T ANSWER! Got a really rude caller with a thick accent claiming to be from my internet provider. They said loads of alerts were popping up on their end and asked to take control of my laptop to sort it out. Total scam and honestly pretty dangerous! I told them straight that I work in IT and my system was perfectly fine. I called them out for trying to scam people and their attitude turned nasty, insisting they were legit.
