6 monthsGot a call like this just the other day, luckily I had them blocked already. It’s really annoying and quite unsettling. They seriously need to quit with this.1 yearI already blocked this number on my phone but they still manage to call me. Now they're pretending to be from another company too. So annoying!1 yearI was curious and asked how he managed to get hold of an unlisted number claiming to be from the serious crime unit, then suddenly the call just dropped.1 yearI keep getting calls from similar numbers every day, always from an Asian guy who somehow knows my name. When I ask why he’s calling and where he’s from, he just hangs up on me. It’s really annoying!1 yearThis number keeps ringing me over and over. I usually don’t bother talking because I can barely make out what the lady with an Indian accent is saying. She did ask if I was ‘Mr Andrew,’ which is actually my first name, not my last. Now, when they call, I just fire back something like I’m a taxidermist and ask which animal they want preserved, or sometimes I say I run a haberdashery with loads of needles for sale. They tend to hang up pretty quick after that.Andrew1 yearYesterday, I got a call from almost the same number, just the last digit was different. The person claimed they were from some consumer company and wanted to ask me a few questions. I got suspicious, thinking they were fishing for my personal info. When I warned them I’d be reporting them to the police, they just ended the call straight away.Submit Your Own Report (020 3342 8922)
