Got a call on my landline that's on the TPS list. The guy claimed it was regarding my Sky aerial maintenance, but I don’t even have one. When I asked where he was calling from, he said South London, which was about right. He didn’t seem bothered at all when I pointed out they’re not allowed to call TPS numbers. I ended up telling him to get lost three times, but he just kept going on about my “contract.” Eventually I hung up and will be blocking the number. Total scam, beware!

Dodgy call - some Indian call centre claiming to be from Sky equipment insurance. The woman on the phone sounded like she was just reading off a script. When I told her I was gonna report the call, she just hung up on me. I sent a quick text to the UK Police Fraud Dept at 7726 to let them know. If more people did this and also logged calls here, it’d make it easier to catch those scammers. Just text 'Call 02033425965' to 7726 if you’re in the UK.
