Someone called saying they were from 3 Network, but it felt dodgy. Don’t share any personal info with them. Just hang up and block the number straight away.

Got a call from a woman who said she was with O2. She had an Indian accent and told me my SIM was going to be blocked in 48 hours. She seemed like she was waiting for me to agree or something, but when I just said "alright then," she hung up. Felt really fishy to me, probably a scam!

Got a call about my O2 contract saying I could get half off if I stayed till the end. They also sent some texts that looked like security alerts from O2, but now I’m thinking it was all fake. Bit dodgy if you ask me!

Got one of those annoying calls again, this time supposedly from O2, offering to slash my bill by half. It was clearly a scam from India. Wish there was a proper law to stop this rubbish. Anyway, I've blocked the number now.

Definitely a con. Someone rang claiming to be from O2 offering a supposedly better deal, and it all sounded legit at first. But what they were really after was my personal info. They actually went ahead and ordered a new phone in my name, which I was meant to pay for, and tried to have it delivered somewhere totally different - I had no clue at the time. When they asked for my bank card info, I got suspicious and ended the call. I then contacted O2’s customer support right away, explained the situation, and they immediately froze any transactions on my account.

Got a call from someone saying they're with O2 and offering me 40% off my phone bill. I don’t even use O2! I just said, “Sure, put it on my next bill, cheers,” and then ended the call. Later I double-checked with O2 and, as expected, they had no idea about it. Classic scam!
