Got a call saying they were from o2 and trying to give me a discount on my phone bill. I told them I’m not actually an o2 customer and they just ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam.

This number just rang me twice but I didn’t pick up. Had a dodgy experience before with people pretending to be from O2 or Virgin promising a 40% discount on my SIM. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

This number rang me up saying they were from EE, saying they could lower my phone bill by 40%. I said no thanks, but they kept on trying and then asked me to spell my email out loud. When I asked if they couldn’t just see my email on their system, they kept pushing, so I ended the call. Felt really dodgy to me.
