Got a call about washing machine insurance for the old house. I told them we don’t live there anymore and they just ended the call.

I was on the phone and heard someone swearing really badly, seemed like he was telling someone (probably not me) to f##k off, so I just ended the call straight away.

this number keeps calling but never making a sound, until today when someone actually picked up. they were pushing a washing machine protection plan. whenever i asked them to take my details off their list, especially as we’re on the tps, they kept talking right over me. eventually i had to shout back at them, but they flat out refused to remove me from their records. i've gone ahead and reported them now. absolute rubbish!

I just soak my laundry in the bath instead of getting a washing machine. They cost as much as buying a car nowadays! Honestly, insurance for them feels a bit much when you could just hand wash everything.
