Got a call from a bloke called John, said he was from some driveway company and asked if I still had a driveway at my place. Bit weird since I live in a flat and obviously no driveway here. Even if I lived in a house, dunno what he expected, like maybe I’d sold it or something? Seems like they’ve no clue about the kind of house people actually have. Ended the call pretty quick, had a bad feeling it was a scam. I’m signed up with the TPS too so they really shouldn’t be ringing me up. So basically, someone’s pretending to be a legit business, trying to gather details about your property. Definitely not a good situation for anyone who falls for it.

Got a call on my home phone just after I’d had one on my cell. Different number but similar sort of thing - this time it was about loft insulation surveys! The call before that was NHS Covid Status stuff that quickly turned into life insurance chat. I’m totally fed up with all these random calls.
