Got a call from someone asking if I was eligible for some kind of energy help with insulation. I told him he’d reached the surgery by mistake, and he just apologised and ended the call straight away!

I got a call from a robotic American lady, sounded like a sketchy company but I couldn’t catch the name properly. Seems like a total scam judging by other people’s experiences here. I’ve put them straight on block. So annoying!
