Was busy working so didn’t pick up, these types of unexpected calls are really frustrating. I immediately recognised this as a scam because I've received loads of similar 020 numbers ringing me over the past months. I put the number on my block list straight away. If it was someone genuine trying to get hold of me, they’d leave a voicemail or send a follow-up email or letter. These 020 calls usually just want to see if your number is live so they can sell it on. Best just to ignore, block, and avoid calling back. Stay safe out there!
