Honestly, avoid picking up if this number rings. Never share your bank info with them. They acted like they were from EE, but EE had no idea about any of this and definitely wouldn’t ask for your bank details like these people did. They say stuff about free offers and lowering your monthly phone payments to trick you. Best thing is to just block them. They’re really forceful and quite scary.

Got a ring from this number claiming to be from Sky. They said they could chop 40% off my bill. I tried asking if it was about the telly or the internet, but the bloke didn’t seem sure. All he wanted was for me to say how much I was currently paying. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Another car insurance con attempt today, but this time I was prepared! I kept them on the phone for a good 15 minutes, killing time while waiting for my car to get serviced. I spun a whole web of nonsense about whiplash and fake details. When they finally asked for the exact date and spot of the "accident," I said 26.12.20 right outside Iceland on the high street! Felt good to waste their time a bit. The scammer definitely didn’t sound happy!

Got a call from 02033320849, some bloke pretending I’d been in a car accident that never happened. I told him I’ve never even driven, let alone crashed, and asked where he picked up my number. The moment I called him out on having a scam, he just hung up. Reported and blocked straight away.

Received a call from someone who seemed to know my name and claimed they were contacting me regarding a car accident that I was allegedly involved in, insisting it wasn’t my fault.
