He said he was Jake from MIB, sounded like he had an American accent. Went straight into the typical "Regarding your accident" spiel. I asked what MIB means, and he claimed it stood for Motor Insurance Bureaux. Then he went right back to "About your accident". I asked where they're located and he said "Statenbury". I pressed him on where that was but he just kept droning on about the accident. I kept asking "Which county?" eventually he gave up and disconnected.
