11 yearsI’ve had calls from “lifestyle choices” about five times now, each one asking me to do some survey. The moment I request a manager, they just hang up on me. Same thing happens if I tell them to stop ringing or mention I’ve reported them to OFCOM. The callers have quite strong accents and they speak so quickly, often talking over what I’m saying. If you bring up how many times they’ve called, they just say, “Oh, that was someone else on the team, not me.” Quite frustrating!OFCOM11 yearsHad three calls missed from this number, and finally someone answered the third time.
