i hung up straight away when i realised it was a robot call, but looks like its legit from what others have said here. i actually called them yesterday about getting a refund for a trip that wasnt finished properly. bit frustrating they then called me back after 6pm the next day without checking if it was a good time to call.

From the comments here, I’m guessing it was one of those survey calls about a question I raised with TL the day before. The system seems pretty messed up tho, cos the automated message left me a voicemail even though I’m pretty sure I didn’t choose to take part in no survey when I rang yesterday. We’ll find out if they keep ringing me or not.

Seemed legit. When I called back there was no one talking but a voicemail said they were ringing for feedback. Makes sense cause I actually spoke with them yesterdy about a refund on my oystercard.

I missed that call too. I rang tfl yesterday as well, so considering that and what others have said, it seems quite likely it's just a follow-up survey from tfl.

they said it was from tfl doing a survey, just 3 questions. first one asked if i was happy with how they handled my question, press 1. since i never contacted them i just ended the call, seemed dodgy to me!

i didnt answer the call and it went straight to voicemail. there was an automated voice saying something about ‘whether my issue was fully sorted out?’ but they didnt mention what issue or company it was about, nor any dates. feels fishy so im not trusting this call at all.

I didn't pick up the call, but since I was sorting out a problem with ffl about being charged twice the day before, I'm guessing it's related. They left me a voicemail. The caller seemed to reckon my partner was me, cos it said, "sorry, I didn’t get your answer". Haha. I’m gonna mark it as safe.

got a call from someone called “til” at five past two in the morning. seems fishy to me. i doubt any legit company would ring so late. probably just a scam. best to stay clear.

i didnt catch the start of the voicemail cos i reckoned it was some dodgy solicitor. when i rang them back from my home phone, their answerphone said someone from tf had rung earlier, it wasnt urgent and theyd phone again if needed. i did put in a complaint a few weeks back and got an email just a few days ago, so i guess it might be legit.

13/07/18 - got a call from a number saying it was tfi, but it was just an automated voice asking loads of questions. i hadn’t touched my oyster this week so decided to just end the call.
