I tried reaching out through their email and phone, but unfortunately, none of those options seem to work. So, a word of caution-be sure to visit the official government site when you’re renewing your driving licence! I’m keen to cancel my application, but I can’t seem to find a way to do so. The whole experience feels a bit suspect to me, honestly.

I suspect I’ve fallen victim to a scam involving these folks at [email protected]. I forked out £29.99 via my debit card for what I thought was a driving licence renewal. However, I’ve just gotten off the phone with the DVLA in Swansea, and they’ve clarified that they have no affiliation whatsoever with this company or Eazy Applications based at Princess House, Princess Way, Swansea, SA13LW. To top it off, I can’t get through to any of the contact numbers listed in the acknowledgment letter they sent or those I found online. Absolute nightmare!
