The guy was trying to sell me some courses but the moment I told him I wasn’t interested, he hung up on me before I could even ask him to take my number off their list. Got a call from this number, some bloke asking for someone I’ve never heard of. When I asked what was up, the guy had some odd accent - maybe Asian or African - but he hung up before I could get a proper listen. Told him he had the wrong number. Definitely sounds dodgy, worth putting others on alert. Caller had a sketchy, muffled voice.

Around half past eight in the evening, I got a call from this number. The person on the other end started with "Asalem al'ekum," probably assuming I was Muslim because of my family name. Honestly, the connection was bad and the accent was thick, so I couldn't catch everything they were saying, but it seemed to be about some educational classes. When I asked what types, they mentioned subjects like science and maths. Still, I never quite caught which company they were representing. I told them I wasn’t interested, and thankfully, they ended the call politely.
