Like others have said, after dealing with Very over a botched order, the level of incompetence is shocking. It really feels like their staff aren’t motivated at all. I’ve told my partner to quit buying from them. They had to give their info twice to different teams and ended up wasting hours on the phone trying to fix the mess. Their customer service is terrible. If they carry on like this, they won’t last long.

I received a call on my landline earlier, and all I got when I answered was complete silence. So, I decided to dial 1471 to trace the number. Over the last few months, I've been inundated with calls and countless texts as well, particularly from a bank named ECOBANK. They keep insisting that I hold an account with them and have been sending messages about account balances and even mentioning Ghana. I’ve never responded to any of those texts, though. I thought this info might be useful to someone!
