I didn't catch their name, but I told them to go away rudely and they ended the call. It's important to confront these scammers and let them know they are not welcome. They only have their sights set on scamming innocent people and they deserve to be treated with contempt. If all scammers receive similar treatment, perhaps they will think twice before getting involved with these deceitful companies. We should always stand up against scammers and let them know their actions will not be tolerated.

Got a call from a London number the other day, and when I picked up, some bloke with an Indian accent claimed he was ringing from a firm dealing with accident claims. Didn’t catch his name though. Told him to get lost in no uncertain terms and he just hung up. I always give these tossers a bit of aggro, they’re just out to con you and deserve every bit of it. If enough folks gave them a hard time, maybe these mugs wouldn’t bother working for these dodgy scam companies at all. Never be shy to give scammers a good verbal smackdown!

Like a bunch of others, I popped an ad up on Gumtree. Within a few hours, this number rang me but I didn’t pick up and they didn’t bother to leave any voicemail or text. Got curious so I looked up the number here and it turns out loads of people have the same issue, especially related to Gumtree adverts. Best thing is just to give it a miss.

I received five calls from this company today, inquiring about my accident. They have been extremely persistent. The individual who called me had an Asian accent.

Recently, a group of individuals contacted me insisting that I had been involved in an accident within the past three years, despite the fact that I have never been in any such incident. When I questioned them about which particular accident they were referring to, they were unable to provide a satisfactory answer. In order to play along with their deceitful scheme, I continued the conversation, only to be met with frustration from their end. They brazenly asked me why I was wasting their time, and shockingly, they proceeded to use offensive language, uttering the phrase "F Off" not once or twice, but thrice before abruptly ending the call. It struck me as utterly unbelievable! After all, I never initiated contact with them, so one might question who exactly is wasting whose time in this situation.
