This has got to be a scam, no question (something about BT Internet issues). The person said they were from BT but even after I told them the person they wanted had passed away recently, they just kept going, still using the dead person’s name and repeating the same old line about 'detecting multiple faults with your internet'. Totally fishy if you ask me.
