Someone called claiming to be from BT, saying my internet was in danger. They even mentioned my husband’s name and claimed the account was under him, which isn’t possible since he passed away almost a decade ago. They had my address too, which was a bit unsettling. I’m not sure if they were really from BT, so I just hung up. I’m planning to check into it more later.
