My landline went off and when I picked up, a lady said she was with Microsoft and was ringing about my computer. I asked her what the issue actually was, but she couldn’t give me a straight answer, just kept saying there could be many different problems. Totally a scam call, very obvious.

I’ve noticed a withdrawal of £4.50 from my account every week for the last five weeks for a service I never signed up for. Can anyone advise me on how to reclaim my money?

I've found myself being billed a rather ridiculous amount of about £18 each month since July by this wretched firm, and it seems they won’t cease until I demand a refund. As a pensioner, it's a strain on my finances that I simply cannot bear. I never sought any information from them, so it's quite scandalous that they’re permitted to conduct themselves in such a manner.

Watch out, got charged £4.50 each for some premium texts! Total scam, be careful!

I've noticed charges for two messages totalling £7.00 from a number, 0700046108. I reached out to my mobile provider who informed me it's linked to a company named R and D, using the phone number 02033181627. Honestly, I've never encountered them before, and I tend to keep my number private, so I’m rather baffled as to how they obtained it. It's proving impossible to get in touch with them, so do keep an eye on your bills, as this sort of activity might not even involve you at all.

Absolutely, I've just noticed I've been charged for a couple of messages I never requested. In fact, I didn't even receive any texts at all! Be cautious, as something fishy is definitely happening. My service provider shared the information about the company responsible, but of course, there's no help available on Saturdays-typical, isn't it? It seems they're never going to sort this out. Who on earth are R and D Development associated with this number? Just a heads up, it might happen to you too!

I've noticed a £15 charge on my phone bill, and I'm completely at a loss on how to get it back. O2 shared an email address with [email protected] it keeps bouncing. I reckon I’ll have to reach out to O2 again to sort this mess out.

I've been receiving texts from them, and each one ends up costing me over £3! Quite frustrating, really.

They're nothing but con artists, fleecing unsuspecting individuals. I've had my fair share of being taken for a ride by them. Is there any way folks can address this issue with such phone numbers?
