It’s definitely some sort of nuisance call, coming from an impolite chap whose grasp of English leaves much to be desired! He sounded as if he was phoning from a bustling train station! He rambled on about road traffic control and a car crash-utter nonsense, if you ask me!

I received a call from this number, but when I attempted to ring them back, it merely offered the chance to leave a voicemail without revealing their identity. Quite puzzling, isn't it?
