Just switch your phone to silent for calls from numbers you don’t recognise, that way they’ll just head to voicemail and won’t ring your phone at all.

These calls are driving me crazy, they ring me about six times daily using different numbers but say the same old stuff. I've been blocking the numbers as soon as they show up, but it never stops. It's baffling how the police haven't stepped in yet, cos one of the elderly folks is bound to get caught out by these scams eventually. Please, just block them for good.

Looks like a total scam to me. The person called saying I’d get 10 free EuroMillions tickets, but then tried to push me into some monthly subscription. I tried to chat with them and make sense of it, but I never signed up for anything. Now I’m getting loads of spam emails from different companies. When I asked them to remove my details, the caller just ended the call on me. Definitely avoid this one!

I got this message about Euromillions tickets - they offered 10 free ones for the upcoming draw, then wanted me to pay to join a syndicate for a whole month. It felt off to me, especially since they already had my details from some other contest I entered. They came across a bit too eager and sketchy.
