I ran into the same issue. I think I tried to look up a number and then found out I was charged £29.90 the following month. If it wasn’t for Barclays flagging it, who knows how long those charges would have kept happening. They’ve told me they've ended it now.

On 24-01-2022 I was trying to find a phone number we’d misplaced, and I paid 50p for it, which was alright by me. But then the next day, 25-01-2022, I noticed a charge of £29.90 taken from my account. I called the number 00442033180618 to sort it out, and they told me to contact them by email, but I haven’t been able to find any email address anywhere so far.
