this woman rang me up asking about a car crash i supposedly had. i told her straight up that i've never owned a car, let alone been in any sort of accident. she kept insisting that i should "try hard to remember" if anything like that had happened in the past 3 years. after i repeated no, she just cut the call. blocked the number right away.

I got a call from someone named Katherine on my mobile, she said it was regarding an accident I supposedly was involved in - which honestly, I had no clue about at all. I just ended the call and added her number to my blocked list straight away.

Got calls on three different mobiles and even our unlisted landline from someone claiming to be Katherine Brady, saying "I understand you’ve been in an accident." All this happened within just a week - must be some kind of spam scam, really annoying!

Someone else mentioned getting a call like “hello, this is Katherine Brady, I understand you’ve been in an accident” and to be honest, I probably wouldn’t have picked up if it wasn’t for me just applying to uni. Thought it might have been about that so I answered.
