Other Numbers
Why can’t these individuals simply find honest work rather than resorting to such underhanded tactics to line their own pockets? It's baffling, really...
I had a couple of silent calls! When I picked up, I greeted them with “hello, hello!” but then resorted to some choice expletives when they didn’t utter a word! Just yesterday, I received another call from someone claiming to be from BT, insisting they’d received a request to cut off my internet. I swiftly called their bluff with a loud “nonsense,” and the chap on the other end, who sounded like he hailed from the Indian subcontinent, promptly hung up!
