This bloke called up asking whether he was speaking to the tenant or the owner. When we told him we didn’t want to chat if he wasn’t sure who he was talking to, he got quiet. Felt a bit dodgy to me, so happy we just ended the call.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been getting constant calls about renewing my boiler. I’ve blocked every number, but they somehow always ring back the next day from another one. In just the last two weeks, there’s been about 14 calls from different numbers, all the same annoying boiler renewal spiel. Since December, I’ve had 34 calls like this! It’s mostly about the boiler and none of the numbers repeat. I don’t get why these muppets are allowed to keep hassling people like this.
