They already seemed to know quite a bit about me - I wondered if they’d somehow got my info from last year’s Talktalk hack? They asked me to install Teamviewer on my laptop so they could supposedly fix things remotely. The caller was very convincing and acted all empathetic. I ended the call, but there was a loud buzzing noise in the background the whole time, like a busy call centre. Afterwards, I looked up the number and saw it was dodgy.
