Got another call from that same number, definitely a scam. Reported it to TPS already. They’re scammers, probably out of North London. Blocked the number now but make sure you report it to TPS too.

This was from the same outfit I mentioned before. Some bloke popped up on the phone saying he could track down cash I legitimately lost years ago - like 15 years back - thanks to a dodgy solar panel scam. But you’ve got to pay a hefty sum right away, he said. Turns out, the company was a total sham after I did some digging. Nearly got fleeced, but thankfully my bank put a stop to it. They rang me from a couple of different numbers, too.
