Got a call from some recorded message with an American accent, saying I owe taxes from HM customs. Bet it’s a load of rubbish, probably a scam. Total waste of time!

Same old scam claiming to be from HMRC - just ignore and block the number. Don’t respond, it’s a total con. HMRC would never ring you up saying you’ve got an arrest warrant, that’s just rubbish. They’re only after your bank info to steal your money. Absolute SCAM.

Had a robotic message about HMRC saying I needed to ring a solicitor - no way I’m calling them back! Luckily, my smartphone spotted it as a risky call and blocked it straight away.

Some automated lady on the phone left a message saying I supposedly owe money to HMRC and that I need to ring back, probably to some expensive premium line. They warned about ‘consequences’ if I ignored it, but didn’t explain what those consequences were. It all felt like intimidation. Total scam. I reckon BT must have details on whoever’s renting this number - why haven’t the authorities stepped in yet?
