Got a call from some dodgy call centre trying to fish for my personal details. They kept threatening me, saying my IP was involved in illegal stuff and if I didn’t co-operate they’d cut off my internet. I refused to give anything and after a while, they just gave up and hung up. If they were legit, surely they'd be sorting this out directly with my internet provider, not harassing people. It's really poor that BT lets these foreign call centres use 0203 numbers to make it look like they're based in London.
