Totally a scam, no doubt about it. Got five calls from this number just today. I phoned back and some woman claimed to be from EE, saying my SIM was going to get blocked. I told her to take my number off their list. She snapped back with a grumpy "ok, your SIM is going to be blocked." I just laughed it off and said yeah right. Then they just ended the call.
