I got a call from someone saying they were with o2, telling me my SIM was getting an upgrade with new account info. Turned out to be a complete scam. They even managed to change my email and password. They told me not to log into my account for a couple of days. Suspicious, I phoned o2 directly and they said they never call customers, only send texts or emails. They told me to just ignore and hang up if I get calls like that. These scammers keep ringing me back from numbers that look very similar.
