I've been receiving calls from some bloke with an accent who keeps insisting that there's a virus on my computer, and if I just hop online, he can sort it out for me. Naturally, I’m quite wary about this sort of thing, so I’m not about to comply. His attitude turned really confrontational when I refused to engage. He claims to be from Online PC Support Ltd, but honestly, he doesn't seem very professional at all. When I told him I'd return the call using the number provided, the line was all crackly, and when I asked who I was speaking to, the chap just said "hello" without a clue about why I was calling! You’d think a company would identify itself properly when answering the phone, wouldn’t you?
