Got a voicemail at 11:21 from some American sounding guy saying "press 1 right now to talk to a British Telecom agent or else you'll be arrested, I repeat, press 1 right now to avoid arrest." Totally sounded like a scam to me.

Just what I expected, a slick of oil. Wouldn’t mind lighting it up to see it burn.

Steer clear of answering calls from the number 02032903148. It's yet another dodgy scam claiming that BT has detected some strange goings-on with your phone line. They’re clearly after remote access to your computer and your banking information. Quite dodgy if you ask me!

Got a call telling me to press 1, but it’s a total scam. Don’t do it, they’ll end up charging you like £2 or more a minute. Watch out!

Just like everyone else, I got a call claiming to be from BT about some dodgy activity on my line. They said if I didn’t press 1 to speak to them, I’d be busted or something. Didn’t even bother pressing 1, just hung up and blocked the number straight away!

Got a call from 02032903148, just one of those automated things telling me to press 1 or something. Bit annoying, wasn’t expecting it at all.

Got a call claiming to be from BT, some robotic voice saying press 1, then I get put through to a call centre overseas. They said my line was involved in some kind of scam. I told the woman on the other end that the only dodgy thing going on was her call, and she just went silent before telling me to hang up. Doesn’t seem like a proper way a legit company would handle things if you question them!

Don’t bother answering because these are just con artists. I hung up and blocked the number today, but I’m sure they’ll call again from a different one soon. Never do what they tell you, it’ll end up costing you big time. Loads of folks have complained about this kind of dodgy behaviour.

Got a call from 02032903148, and it was one of those automated messages telling me to press 1. Totally a scam - I’m not linked to BT at all, even though they said the call was from there.

They said it was from BT, but I don’t even have a BT line. If you press 1, it might link you to a 09 number, which could end up costing over £2 a minute. Just a heads up.
