However, I struggled to catch everything he said due to his thick accent. He claimed I was owed £79 for not using a Microsoft service. He insisted I should boot up my computer and complete a form to claim the money back. I felt quite uncomfortable with this, as it would require me to share my banking information. He kept assuring me that he wouldn’t see any of my bank details. He proposed to ring me again tomorrow, but I’m feeling rather hesitant about the whole situation. Any advice would be appreciated.
