On Monday the 22nd of September, I got a voicemail that played twice. It mentioned something about £8,000 being available and said it was a government grant that wouldn’t have to be paid back or something like that. It really sounds like one of those scams where they promise you money but want you to send them a fee upfront before you get anything. I’d say steer clear of it. A lady with an accent that was hard to pin down left a voicemail on my answering machine claiming that I’m eligible for an £8,000 grant from the Government. What absolute nonsense! Clearly just another scam...

I received a rather peculiar message the other evening-one that was rather cryptic, as the number was concealed. They left a voicemail claiming they were offering £1000 as a grant, which apparently doesn’t need to be repaid. They even provided a number to call back. Quite the odd proposal, if you ask me!

I received a message that seemed to be automated, claiming to be from some government grants department. They were offering me a grant of £8000, which, apparently, doesn’t require repayment. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
